Getting into the game
Open the event link and follow its registration instructions. Some tournaments require sign-in with a verified phone number to reserve a place; a link or QR code alone does not reserve one. Check whether you are confirmed or on the waitlist. You can follow public scores without signing in.

Check in and find your court
Arrive before the advertised start time. Follow the event’s arrival instructions and use the check-in link if one is provided, or speak to the organizer. Open the current round to find your court, partner and opponents; check again before each round.
How the evening runs
Partners and courts change every round, you'll play with and against different people through the night.
Timed rounds have no stop at 6: keep playing until the horn and enter the games as they stand, 7:1 is a normal score. A horn sounds one minute before each round ends. Use that minute to finish the game you're already playing, please don't start a new one, it holds up the courts behind you.
If the score is still 0:0 when the horn sounds, stop there, unless the set is 4:4, in which case play a golden point: the serving team serves, and the receiving team chooses who receives.
Running late or can't make it?
Use the leave or cancellation option on your registration page when available. Contact the organizer for changes, a substitute or late arrival. Read the event’s cancellation deadline and fee rules before booking; late cancellation can still be chargeable.
